So happy with our experience at Happy Paws. I got an appointment on the same day and Dr Tiana was kind, patient and very helpful. We felt heard and a plan was made to keep our senior dog happy and comfortable. Highly recommend

The girls in Happy Paws are amazing ! I took my fur baby Pongo and I would not go anywhere else. The amazing care they put in , the clinic is beautiful and calming. Their customer service is 11 out of 10 . The vet really took her time and made Pongo feel calm and relaxed. I also got a follow up call just to check on him. I couldn’t recommend them more !

The whole team at Happy Paws Veterinary Clinic are just amazing. Especially Tay at the front counter, bubbly, professional and full of energy. This is exactly the place you want to be taking your furry friends. My wife and I only just got a new puppy a week again and the team have been beyond helpful in ensuring our journey is smooth and stress free for first time puppy parents. This will be our vet for life. 11/10.

5* is not enough. Dr Tiana has been incredible through our tough journey. She goes above and beyond. She has taken the time to explain all our options, she listens to us, she genuinely cares. The whole team genuinely care.

The staff are so cheerful and friendly. Tiana was so helpful when consulting about my girls broken toe. It was never a problem for her to call back for further talks on the prognosis of having a successful operation. I'm pleased I decided to choose Happy Paws for my puppies future well being.

So extremely happy with this vet. The vet came out and sat with my dog in the waiting room and bonded with her before her consult and my dog loved going there and loved the attention. The staff are so kind and caring and just go beyond in service.

Great practice and amazing staff who actually care and spend time giving your pet a good check over. We left happy knowing our cat has been given a good thorough check over.

Happy Paws is the best vet on the coast! My cat Eddie has been going there since he was a little and even though he seems to have meltdowns every now and then, the whole staff makes us feel welcome and comfortable! Professional vets & nurses and Tay from the front desk is an absolute superstar!

The team here is amazing, and went above and beyond to help our little kitty recover back to health. Their level of customer service and care is above any other experience I've had with local vets before, and they even called on specialist advisors to ensure a correct diagnosis. All of the staff who were involved were professional, highly knowledgeable, listened to our concerns and explained everything to us in really simple terms. They checked in a number of times afterwards to ensure the recovery and medications were all going okay. I would recommend their services 100%.

We took our 12weeks old puppy for the first time. Very informative and friendly. Look forward to coming back for a booster shot in couple of weeks.

My first time at Happy Paws. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed with my 2 dachshunds. My vet Jess took things slowly and took the time to engage with my girls as my older one was a bit nervous. Jess listened to what I had to say and I felt very comfortable and valued. I cannot fault the service. It is now my go to vet

We had to to take our dog Honey to Happy Paws last minute due to our regular vets unable to see us. Happy Paws exceeded all expectations and provided care to the highest standard and made both myself and Honey comfortable. They were caring, attentive and proactive in providing the best possible care to make sure Honey was better. I would recommend Happy Paws to anyone looking for an emergency visit or regular consultations. Massive thanks to the team who helped Honey bounce back. Special shout out to Vet Em and the team.
