We had the most amazing experience with Happy Paws! We couldn’t be happier with our choice to take our puppy there. The team are so friendly and welcoming, not to mention knowledgable and patient.

The whole team at Happy Paws Veterinary Clinic are just amazing. Especially Tay at the front counter, bubbly, professional and full of energy. This is exactly the place you want to be taking your furry friends. My wife and I only just got a new puppy a week again and the team have been beyond helpful in ensuring our journey is smooth and stress free for first time puppy parents. Lovely Receptionist and very efficient in taking our 2 dogs information. Laura the vet gave both our dogs thorough exams and answered our many questions confidently which really helped us. We will return - partly because our dogs were calm through it all.

5* is not enough. Dr Tiana has been incredible through our tough journey. She goes above and beyond. She has taken the time to explain all our options, she listens to us, she genuinely cares. The whole team genuinely care.

All of the staff were upbeat and friendly we have owned 5 dogs and visited many vets. This one is the best. We thought the worst for our little man and man and we were fitted in promptly and shown an appropriate amount of empathy. The various way's we could move forward were discussed thoroughly and I didn't feel any pressure to go in any particular direction to best maintain his quality of life and we chose what we thought was appropriate to his age. Follow up treatment reminders and general information specific to our dog ziggy was emailed to us. So friendly, funny, positive, professional and the coffee sealed the deal so thanks and good luck with the business.

The staff are so cheerful and friendly. Tiana was so helpful when consulting about my girls broken toe. It was never a problem for her to call back for further talks on the prognosis of having a successful operation. I'm pleased I decided to choose Happy Paws for my puppies future well being.

I can't speak highly enough about Happy Paws vet - I have been to A LOT of vet clinics and this is by far the best I've ever been to. Every single team member is so incredibly kind, patient and welcoming. I can tell they all truly care about my dog, and they all have a wonderful bedside manner. I want to give a particular shoutout to Tay, the head receptionist - she is the loveliest, most patient person you will ever meet. Never in my life have I experience SUCH incredible customer service, time and time again. Every time I visit this clinic I feel so well taken care of, and I know my dog is in the best of hands. The vets never try to rush you out of an appointment and are so thorough with their investigations. Thank you so much Happy Paws, you've got a customer for life 🙌

Great practice and amazing staff who actually care and spend time giving your pet a good check over. We left happy knowing our cat has been given a good thorough check over.

Happy Paws is the best vet on the coast! My cat Eddie has been going there since he was a little and even though he seems to have meltdowns every now and then, the whole staff makes us feel welcome and comfortable! Professional vets & nurses and Tay from the front desk is an absolute superstar!

The team here is amazing, and went above and beyond to help our little kitty recover back to health. Their level of customer service and care is above any other experience I've had with local vets before, and they even called on specialist advisors to ensure a correct diagnosis. All of the staff who were involved were professional, highly knowledgeable, listened to our concerns and explained everything to us in really simple terms. They checked in a number of times afterwards to ensure the recovery and medications were all going okay. I would recommend their services 100%.

We took our 12weeks old puppy for the first time. Very informative and friendly. Look forward to coming back for a booster shot in couple of weeks.

My first time at Happy Paws. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed with my 2 dachshunds. My vet Jess took things slowly and took the time to engage with my girls as my older one was a bit nervous. Jess listened to what I had to say and I felt very comfortable and valued. I cannot fault the service. It is now my go to vet

We had to to take our dog Honey to Happy Paws last minute due to our regular vets unable to see us. Happy Paws exceeded all expectations and provided care to the highest standard and made both myself and Honey comfortable. They were caring, attentive and proactive in providing the best possible care to make sure Honey was better.
